This project was a two-part remodel, starting on the second floor, where we accomplished “out with the oak and in with the new.” Not only did we replace oak trim and doors with updated painted ones, we also moved the laundry room to the second floor to improve the function of this area for the family. Next, we addressed a complete master bedroom and bathroom remodel, including tearing out a dated tile fireplace and replacing it with a new floor-to-ceiling brick design. In the master bathroom, we removed a whirlpool tub and replaced it with a second vanity, updating both the look and the function of this bathroom for the owner.
